This agreement applies to users who apply to become “Signal Providers / Lead Traders” on the Basekx platform. Once you become a signal provider and activate the copy-trading feature, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to all terms of this agreement.
1. Qualifications and Requirements for Signal Providers
Identity & Compliance
1.1 You must complete platform identity verification (KYC) and submit true and accurate personal information.
1.2 Your signal provider account net asset value (contract equity = balance + unrealized PnL) must be ≥ 1,000 USDT.
1.3 Before applying, your contract account must not contain any open positions or pending orders.
1.4 You may not simultaneously act as a normal follower while serving as a signal provider — the roles cannot be mixed.
Ongoing Eligibility Monitoring
The platform will continuously monitor your account status, trading behavior, and performance history. If any serious violation, misconduct, wash trading, manipulation, or multi-account signaling is detected, the platform reserves the right to suspend or revoke your signal provider qualification.
2. Code of Conduct for Signal Providers
To maintain fairness and stability within the copy-trading community, you must comply with the following obligations:
You may not make any form of profit promise or guaranteed return to followers. You may not use fake volume, self-trading, wash orders, or other manipulative behaviors to inflate “performance” or attract followers. You may not display personal contact information (phone number, email, social media accounts, etc.) in your nickname, profile, or public areas. You may not use extremely high-risk strategies, extreme leverage, or high-frequency hedging that may harm follower interests. You may not use multiple accounts for signaling or abnormal trading. You may not conceal your trading strategy or use deceptive or misleading marketing to attract followers.
If any of the above terms are violated, the platform has the right to immediately revoke signal provider status and reclaim any improper gains through system adjustments.
3. Level System & Profit-Sharing Rules
To encourage stable and compliant high-quality signal providers, Basekx adopts a Level + Profit-Sharing incentive system. The current structure is as follows:
| Level Title | Required Net Asset Value (USDT) | Effective Trading Volume (Last 30 Days) | Additional Requirements | Profit Share |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic Trader | ≥ 1,000 | ≥ 800,000 | None | 6% |
| Advanced Trader | ≥ 2,500 | ≥ 3,000,000 | Win rate ≥ 45% (Last 30 Days) | 10% |
| Senior Trader | ≥ 4,000 | ≥ 12,000,000 | Max drawdown ≤ 25% | 14% |
| Elite Trader | ≥ 8,000 | ≥ 25,000,000 | No major violations for 60 consecutive days | 18% |
Level Evaluation and Upgrade Rules
1. Dynamic Evaluation Mechanism
The platform records net equity, trading volume, win rate, drawdown, and other key indicators daily, and automatically evaluates whether upgrade conditions are met.
2. Levels May Auto-Upgrade or Downgrade
When a higher level requirement is met, you may apply for an upgrade, which takes effect the next day after review. If you fail to meet your current level requirements for 7 consecutive days, you will be automatically downgraded and the profit-sharing ratio will be adjusted accordingly.
3. All profit sharing is based on followers’ actual net profits
Signal providers receive profit share only when the follower’s individual order generates real profits.
4. Upgrade Incentives & Restriction Rules
Higher-level traders gain higher platform exposure: priority display and higher recommendation ranking. Elite-level traders receive platform support: official certification badge and dedicated follower traffic boosts. In case of major risks, violations, or malicious trading behaviors, the platform may immediately downgrade or revoke qualifications. Multiple-account signaling, simulated trading, and malicious volume boosting are strictly prohibited. Violators will be permanently disqualified.
