User Agreement (Terms of Use)

This agreement is entered into by and between Basekx PTE. LTD. (“the Company”) and the user (“You”). By accessing or using Basekx, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform immediately. Basekx reserves the right to update the terms at any time based on actual circumstances, and such updates will be announced on the platform. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Risk Warning

Digital assets carry high risks, and their prices may fluctuate significantly due to policy changes, market conditions, sentiment, technology, and other factors, potentially resulting in the loss of all assets. Market information, data, analysis, and other content provided by the platform do not constitute investment advice. Network delays, system failures, and interface abnormalities may affect transaction execution or results, and Basekx is not responsible for any losses arising from such issues. By using this platform, you acknowledge and fully accept all trading risks.

2. User Eligibility and Commitments

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and possess full civil capacity; all information provided is true and accurate; your account funds are legally sourced; you will not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or other illegal activities; and you will not access the services from restricted regions. If any provided information is untrue or your actions pose risks, Basekx has the right to restrict services, freeze assets, or terminate your account.

3. Account Management

You must properly safeguard your account, password, verification codes, and other account credentials, and you may not lend or transfer your account to others. Losses caused by password leakage, device loss, or malware shall be borne by you. The platform may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) or provide additional information; refusal may result in feature limitations or suspension.

4. Platform Services and System Stability

Basekx may suspend part or all services due to system upgrades, network fluctuations, force majeure, or compliance requirements. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted, real-time, or error-free services and is not responsible for losses caused by service interruptions, delays, or data abnormalities. Basekx may adjust products, suspend trading pairs, or restrict features based on market conditions.

5. Risk Control Measures

To maintain market order and user safety, Basekx may implement risk control measures under circumstances such as abnormal market conditions, price deviations, system fluctuations, suspected manipulation, or triggered risk alerts. Measures may include adjusting orders, suspending trading, restricting order placement, blocking transactions, freezing accounts, or other necessary actions. Such measures may affect trading results, and Basekx shall not be liable for any resulting losses.

6. Fees, Settlement, and Taxes

The platform may charge fees for certain services, and specific rates are subject to the latest published information. Settlement is based on the user’s actual executed transactions. Users are responsible for any tax obligations arising under applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

7. Disclaimer

Content provided by the platform (including market data, charts, announcements, analysis, and strategies) is for reference only and does not constitute investment, legal, or financial advice. Users must independently assess their trading decisions and assume all associated risks. The platform shall not be liable for losses resulting from user errors, third-party service failures, force majeure, regulatory requirements, or other uncontrollable factors.

8. Intellectual Property Protection

All interfaces, technologies, programs, icons, content, trademarks, and other materials on the Basekx platform belong to the platform or are legally authorized. Without permission, no individual or organization may copy, distribute, modify, sell, or use them for commercial purposes.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

The platform collects registration information, identity verification data, transaction records, device information, behavior logs, and other relevant data for service provision, risk monitoring, compliance, and system optimization. Although the platform applies encryption and access control, it cannot guarantee absolute security of internet transmission. If you detect account risks, please contact the platform immediately.

10. Termination of Agreement

In cases of illegal activities, fraud, risky transactions, abnormal identity information, compliance requirements, or long-term inactivity, Basekx has the right to suspend or terminate the user account and take corresponding measures. Upon termination, users may not request continued services, and the platform has the right, but not the obligation, to retain user information.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the matter shall be submitted to a Singapore court or an arbitration institution designated by the platform.
