This Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CFT) Policy applies to all users of Basekx PTE. LTD. (“Basekx”, “we”, “our”, “the Platform”). By using Basekx services, you agree to comply with this Policy.
1. Scope of Policy
This Policy applies to all individuals and institutions using Basekx for registration, trading, deposits, withdrawals, asset transfers, or any related services.
2. Identity Verification and Customer Due Diligence (KYC / CDD)
All users must complete identity verification before accessing Basekx services. Users must submit accurate, current, and verifiable KYC information. Institutional users must provide corporate registration documents, shareholder structure, and identification of beneficial owners. Basekx strictly prohibits anonymous or fictitious accounts. Accounts with incomplete, suspicious, or unverifiable information may be rejected or restricted.
3. Ongoing Monitoring and Transaction Review
Basekx continuously monitors all user accounts and transactions, including but not limited to:
Large or unusual transactions High-frequency activity Cross-asset or cross-chain transfers Transfers involving high-risk jurisdictions Suspicious behavior may trigger enhanced due diligence, additional document requests, or temporary account restrictions.
4. Suspicious Activity Reporting & Cooperation with Authorities
If Basekx identifies suspected money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other illegal activity:
Basekx will file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) with the relevant regulatory or financial intelligence authorities. Basekx will cooperate with law enforcement agencies as required by law.
5. Legitimacy of Funds
Users must ensure all deposited funds originate from lawful sources. Basekx prohibits the use of its services for money laundering, illegal proceeds, terrorist financing, fraud, or other unlawful activities. Deposit/withdrawal accounts or wallets must match the verified KYC identity. Basekx may refuse transactions if ownership is unclear.
6. Internal Controls and Employee Compliance
Basekx appoints an AML Compliance Officer responsible for oversight, risk assessment, suspicious activity reporting, and regulatory compliance. Basekx provides regular AML / CFT training to employees and partners.
7. Record Keeping and Audits
Basekx retains user identification documents, transaction history, STR filings, communication logs, and other relevant records for the legally required retention period. Basekx may conduct periodic audits to ensure ongoing compliance and risk prevention.
8. Use Restrictions and Compliance Statement
Basekx reserves the right to freeze accounts, refuse transactions, or report users suspected of AML/CFT violations. Users must not attempt to circumvent AML / CFT measures through multiple accounts, coordinated behavior, or misleading information. Basekx does not provide services to users involved in illegal activities or sanctioned individuals/entities.
9. Policy Updates and User Responsibilities
Basekx may update this Policy based on new regulations or operational requirements. Users must stay informed of updates and comply with any additional documentation or verification requests. Users who disagree with updates should discontinue using the Platform.

This Policy outlines Basekx’s internal compliance standards and procedures. Basekx is not liable for losses arising from:
